When Jennifer became a stay-at-home mom, everything changed. We loved our daughter deeply, but we hadn’t expected the loss of rhythm and connection.

The quiet was beautiful, yet heavy. Gratitude lived alongside grief for the version of ourselves that once felt alive, creative, and fulfilled.

We kept searching for something that aligned, a way to show up for our family without losing ourselves.
